Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Programs, Online Courses, Course Materials, and other educational Services offered by ConsyncX LLC trading as The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub (“Hypnotherapy Learning Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via hypnotherapylearninghub.com (the “Website”).

1. Governing Consumer Rights

Refunds will be provided in accordance with our obligations under the consumer protection laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (or any applicable U.S. federal law). Changing your mind about your purchase is not, by itself, a basis for refund unless required by law.

2. General Refund Rules

Course fees are non-refundable by default. However, under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, refunds or partial refunds may be granted if you provide sufficient evidence to support your claim.

3. Refund Schedule

• A full refund is permitted if you cancel before the course commencement and no access to resources (videos, materials) has yet been granted.
• A 50% refund is permitted if you cancel within 7 days after the course commencement date.
• No refund will be provided after 7 days from commencement or once you have watched videos, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise used course materials.

4. Digital Access Monitoring & Logs

Our systems maintain detailed logs of student activity, including login times, video plays, downloads, and IP addresses. These logs may be used to verify whether course content has been accessed or used and to assess refund eligibility. By enrolling, you consent to this usage tracking.

5. No Refunds for Intellectual Property Use

No refund will be granted if you have used our copyrighted course content in any way that is beyond mere viewing (e.g. distributing, sharing, copying). You agree that you will not dispute or seek to reverse charges in such cases.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to support@hypnotherapylearninghub.com within the timeline laid out above, providing your order number, reasons, and any supporting evidence. We will review the request and notify you of our decision within a reasonable time.

7. Exceptions & Discretion

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we reasonably determine that the access logs show misuse, or that the request is not in good faith. Our decision is final and binding.

8. Modifications to Refund Policy

We may modify this Refund Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. Changes take effect immediately on publication, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of courses constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
