These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all Programs, Online Courses, Course Materials and other services (“Services”) sold by ConsyncX LLC, trading as The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub (“Hypnotherapy Learning Hub”, “we”, “us”) on our website https://hypnotherapylearninghub.com (“Website”).
Please read these terms carefully. By proceeding with a purchase you indicate that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to enter into a binding agreement on these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
1. E-Commerce
While we make every effort to ensure information and pricing are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
No agreement is formed until we process and accept your order and send you confirmation. If an error occurs (for example a pricing error), we may decline or amend the order after contacting you.
2. Payment
You agree to pay the purchase price listed on the Website (in USD unless stated otherwise). Full payment is due at time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other methods shown on the Website. Third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) operate under their own terms of use; you agree to comply with those terms. ConsyncX LLC is not responsible for any loss arising from third-party payment facilities.
Prices may change without notice before purchase. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
3. Currency Conversion Disclaimer
Exchange-rate tools shown on our Website are for convenience only and may not reflect real-time rates. We do not accept liability for any decisions or losses based on currency conversion information.
4. Licence to Use Online Courses
Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable licence to access the purchased Online Course and associated materials via the Website for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, sell, share, or use the content for training others without written permission from ConsyncX LLC. We may revoke this licence at any time for breach of these terms.
5. Risk
Risk passes to you once login details and course access are delivered to your email address.
6. Discounts
Discount offers may be withdrawn at any time. Only one promotion may apply per purchase.
7. Access and Devices
After payment you’ll receive login details to access your course. Courses are best viewed on a laptop or desktop; tablet is minimum recommended. You are responsible for ensuring your device can view, download and store course materials. Replacement of lost materials may incur a fee.
8. Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully within all forums or student spaces and to refrain from illegal, discriminatory or harassing behaviour. Breach of this clause may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
9. Events Beyond Our Control
ConsyncX LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disaster, pandemic, government action, or system outage.
10. Advice and Information
Any advice or information provided through our courses is general in nature and not a substitute for medical or psychological advice. You should seek professional guidance for personal circumstances. We accept no liability for loss arising from your reliance on information provided.
11. Linked Websites
Links to external sites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or guarantee their content and accept no responsibility for loss arising from their use.
12. Consumer Protection (Legal Compliance)
Services are provided under the consumer protection laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under those laws that cannot be waived.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Except as required by law, all Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ConsyncX LLC and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services or Website. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of the Services or the cost of doing so.
14. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Students wishing to cancel must submit written notice within 14 days of enrolment confirmation. Refunds are granted only in accordance with our Refund Policy below.
- A full refund is permitted if cancellation occurs before course commencement and no materials have been accessed.
- A 50 % refund is available if cancelled within 7 days of commencement.
- No refund after 7 days or once videos are watched or materials downloaded (usage is logged for verification).
Refunds are processed under Wyoming consumer law. Changing your mind does not entitle you to a refund.
15. Digital Access Monitoring
Our systems log course activity including logins, video views and downloads to ensure course integrity and to verify refund eligibility. By enrolling you consent to this monitoring.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in our Services and Website is copyright © ConsyncX LLC 2025 and protected by U.S. and international law. All rights reserved.
“The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub,” “Real Hypnosis Training,” “Soul Regression Therapy,” and “Personality Integration Process™ (PIP)” are proprietary trade names and training systems of ConsyncX LLC. Graduates receive a licence to use these methods with clients but may not teach or certify others without written authorisation. All intellectual property obligations survive completion of the course.
17. Promotion and Publicity
You grant us permission to use your name and feedback for promotional purposes with appropriate attribution. If you share images or videos of our courses on social media, you consent to our re-sharing with credit.
18. Confidentiality
You may gain access to confidential information about our programs. You agree not to disclose such information without written permission. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.
19. Restraint of Trade
For a period of five (5) years after completion of any training with us, you will not create, promote, or deliver any course designed to teach others Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Regression Therapy, or Personality Integration Process™ (PIP) without our written consent. This restriction is a reasonable protective measure to preserve the integrity and goodwill of The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC.
20. Relationship of Parties
Our relationship is that of independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership or employment relationship.
21. Dispute Resolution
Before commencing legal action (other than urgent relief), each party agrees to attempt to resolve disputes by written notice and good-faith negotiation within 14 business days. If unresolved, the parties agree to mediation in Wyoming at shared cost before litigation.
22. Independent Legal Advice
You acknowledge you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before purchasing and agree that these terms are fair and reasonable.
23. Variation
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the Website. Changes take effect 30 days after posting unless you object in writing. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
24. Severance
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
25. Assignment
Your rights under this Agreement are personal and may not be assigned without our written consent. We may assign our rights on notice to you.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the Website Terms of Use and any Course-Specific Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings.
27. Waiver
Failure to exercise a right or delay in enforcing a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
28. Term and Termination
This Agreement commences upon acceptance and continues until each party has fulfilled its obligations or is terminated by either party on 30 days’ written notice. All disclaimers and limitations of liability survive termination.
29. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute is the courts of Wyoming and courts of appeal therefrom.
