1. Introduction & Acceptance

By enrolling in the Trauma Protocol Course (“the Course”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between ConsyncX LLC (operating via The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub) and you, the enrolled participant.

2. Health & Wellbeing Notice

This course is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
It is intended for spiritually open, emotionally stable individuals who take responsibility for their inner experience. If you are currently receiving mental health treatment or have a history of psychological distress, we recommend consulting your health professional before enrolling.

By participating, you affirm that you are emotionally and psychologically well enough to explore deeper aspects of yourself and that you assume full responsibility for your engagement with the material.

3. Confidentiality & Respect for Others

While this course is self-paced, any optional comments, forums, or submissions must respect the privacy and safety of others.

You agree:

  • Not to share private course materials publicly

  • Not to disclose personal reflections from any peer discussions (if present) without consent

  • To treat all spiritual content and teachings with integrity and maturity

4. Intellectual Property

All course content is copyright © 2025 ConsyncX LLC. This includes:

  • Video content, guided hypnotherapy recordings, manuals, scripts, and downloadable materials

  • Any spiritual frameworks, metaphysical concepts, and Hypnotherapuetical process structures unique to the course

You agree not to copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute this material in any form, except for personal learning and internal reflection. You may not use this course material to create your own teachings, workshops, or offerings without prior written consent.

5. Use of Course Methods

You are welcome to apply the insights and techniques from this course in your personal practice or inner development.

However:

  • You may not present yourself as a trainer of this material

  • You may not teach or license this content under your own brand or platform

6. Course Access & Monitoring

Upon enrollment, you will receive secure access to the course portal.
We log participant activity including login times, video progress, and file downloads to:

  • Improve course delivery

  • Monitor access in the event of a refund request

  • Protect intellectual property

7. Refund & Access Policy

Because this course grants immediate access to protected digital content, the following policy applies:

Refund Eligibility

  • ✅ A full refund is available only if requested within 7 days of purchase and no course content has been accessed (i.e., no videos viewed or downloads made).

  • ❌ No refund is granted if you have accessed any course materials, requested cancellation after 7 days, or changed your mind post-purchase.

We maintain secure logs of user activity to verify refund eligibility, including logins, video views, and file access.

Refund Method

  • All refunds are processed only to the original payment method via Stripe.

  • No refunds will be sent to PayPal, Wise, crypto wallets, alternative cards, bank accounts, or third-party recipients.

  • Any request to circumvent this policy will be denied under our anti-fraud protocol.

Course Access Revocation Upon Refund

If a refund is approved:

  • Your user account will be removed from the course platform

  • All video and download access will be revoked

  • Login credentials and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data policy

By requesting a refund, you agree to permanently forfeit all access and usage rights to the course materials, whether streamed, downloaded, or cached.

8. Cancellation or Platform Downtime

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or reschedule access to the course due to platform updates or technical maintenance.
You will be notified in advance whenever possible.

9. Ethical Use of Spiritual Methods

You agree to apply all course techniques with integrity, and never in a way that manipulates or exploits others.
The methods offered are intended for self-healing, clarity, and inner awakening — not for coercion, persuasion, or control.

10. Limitation of Liability

We make no medical, financial, or outcome-based guarantees.
You accept that results vary, and your experience is shaped by your intent, readiness, and personal journey.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course

  • We are not liable for decisions or interpretations made by students using this material

  • We do not promise business, emotional, or financial results

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
Any legal disputes will be handled through the courts of Wyoming.
