Terms & Conditions
Before you register and purchase the Certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapy Training Program (the “Training Program”), you must read, accept and agree to be legally bound by these Certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapy training program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
By registering for, purchasing, and subsequently participating in, the Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer, Online Courses - Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing the Certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapy training program and print off a copy for your records.
If there is any conflict between our Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer, Online Courses - Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions and any Course Specific Terms and Conditions which might apply to a specific Online Course, then the conflict shall be resolved by applying the following order of priority:

3. Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
TERMINOLOGY
In these Terms and Conditions:
• “The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC” means the business operated by ConsyncX LLC.
• “Training Program” means the Certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapy Training Program provided by The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC.
• “You” and “Your” refers to the registered participant of the Training Program
• “We”, “Us” or “Our” means The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC, and where relevant, John Jackson and Lorna Jackson in their capacity as course trainers acting on behalf of ConsyncX LLC, individually or collectively.
HEALTH WARNING
1. Whilst most participants find the Training Program to be an enjoyable and productive experience, the Training Program is not advisable for everybody. The experience of the Training Program is unique to each individual and we cannot predict in advance how the Training Program will impact upon you. Previous participants of the Training Program have found it useful and a positive learning experience; but some previous participants have found parts of the Training Program to be uncomfortable. If you are uncomfortable with the potential for the impact that the Training Program may have on you and your mental state, then you should not participate in the Training Program.
2. The Training Program is designed for people who understand they are responsible for their own health and wellbeing before, during, and after participation in the Training Program. If you have any symptoms or suggestions of mental distress or mental illness, then you should not participate in the Training Program unless you have a written clearance from your doctor or other mental health professional.
3. By participating in the Training Program, you agree that we have alerted you to this health warning and that you have represented to us that you know of no reason why you should not participate in the Training Program, and you have assumed responsibility for all risks connected with your participation in the Training Program. You agree to immediately tell us if at any time, you experience any mental or emotional discomfort whilst participating in the Training Program.
CONFIDENTIALITY
4. You agree that you will keep confidential all details and information regarding participants of the Training Program and any events or outcomes whilst the Training Program is conducted, including but not limited to, that you will not disclose, publish, broadcast, record, reproduce, store or transmit in any form or by any means, including electronically or online, the name and identity of any participant in the Training Program or anything said or done by us or the participants of the Training Program, without the express written consent of us or the relevant participants.
5. You further agree that you will not publish, broadcast, record, reproduce, store or transmit in any form or by any means, including electronically or online, pictures or video recordings of any participant in the Training Program, anything said or done by us or the participants of the Training Program, or any events or outcomes whilst the Training Program is conducted, without the express written consent of us or the relevant participants.
6. You agree to abide by the Code of Conduct given to you at the commencement of the training course.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7. All content of the Training Course is copyright © The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC, unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, images, graphics, audio commentary, visual presentations and any Training Course related files, documentation and materials.
8. You acknowledge that the materials that we provide to you during the Training Program, whether those materials are provided orally or in writing, is copyright © The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC.
9. You understand and acknowledge that in regards to Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis “Hypnotherapy Learning Hub, Real Hypnosis Training”, are trading names of ConsyncX LLC. The rights to use said terms “Hypnotherapy Learning Hub, Real Hypnosis Training”, have been assigned for use to and are also enforceable by ConsyncX LLC in relation to Training Programs run by The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub.
10. You agree, in relation to Clause 9, to display the term “Clinical Hypnotherapist trained by The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub” at least twice on any website you operate or contribute to, whether or not you actively solicit clients. This requirement applies to any page that describes your qualifications, training, services, or ability to perform activities related to Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, or Hypnosis.
The attribution must appear in a minimum font size of 12pt, and may be included on “About,” “About Me,” biography, booking, or services pages, as well as any other section typically used to establish credibility or display credentials.
This ensures accurate representation of your training source and supports the ethical and professional standards associated with Clinical Hypnotherapy as taught by The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub.
11. Apart from applying techniques taught in the Training Course to your own patients/clients in the normal operation of your therapy practice, or any fair dealing for the purpose of private study, research, criticism or review as permitted under the U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code), no part of the Training Course and its materials may be sold, disclosed, reproduced, published, broadcast, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including electronically, online, on any website or marketing and advertising materials, without our express written consent.
12. We reserve the right to amend, modify or update the contents, including materials, of the Training Course from time to time.
13. You agree that you will not use, or seek to use, any content of the Training Course, or any material provided in connection with the Training Course, to educate or train other people in Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapy, Hypnosis or meditation .
14. You must not use any of our trade marks, logos, images, get ups or branding whatsoever in any manner, without our express written consent.
15. We may authorise you by way of express written consent to use any of our trade marks, logos, images, get ups or branding, but reserve the right to withdraw this authorisation at any time.
16. Once we confirm that you have successfully completed the Training Program, you may refer to yourself in connection with Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis as “Clinical Hypnotherapist trained by The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC”.
17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit you from sharing your experience of the Training Program or from applying what you learnt in the Training Program.
RESERVED RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY / DISMISSAL
18. The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC and its representatives reserve the right to refuse entry onto any online training course they may run. We retain the right to dismiss anyone from our courses at any time in regard to breaching of the terms and conditions. All students acknowledge and agree that they are in agreement and bound by these terms and conditions. Any refunds made are subject to the refund policy. If removed from the training due to breach of terms and conditions any refund will be at the discretion of The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC after any and all costs are taken into consideration.
CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT/ DEFERMENT
19. We reserve the right to cancel or significantly postpone the Training Program due to unforeseen circumstances, and will make every effort to ensure that participants of a Training Program which has been cancelled or postponed in such circumstances are eligible for enrolment in the next available Training Program.
20. We reserve the right to alter the dates and times scheduled for any Training Program or part of a Training Program at any time; no refunds will be available in such event.
21. In the event that you wish to cancel your participation in the Training Program, no refunds will be offered. (see Refund Policy).
REFUND POLICY
22. The refund policy for Hypnotherapy Learning Hub online Certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapy “Training Program” is as follows. After acceptance into the “Training Program”
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our obligations under Wyoming Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enrol into.
However, while course fees are non-refundable, students may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from undertaking their course. Where evidence can be successfully provided to support the student’s circumstances, course fees may be refunded or partially refunded as per the following:
• A full refund is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled prior to the commencement of the course and access to resources has not been provided yet.
• A 50% refund is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled within 7 days of the course commencement date.
• No refund will be provided after 7 days of the course purchase date.
• No refund will be provided where Videos have been watched or Course Materials have been downloaded. (a full log is kept of a students access to course videos and course materials)
22A. Digital Access & Usage Monitoring
Our systems log each student's course activity, including login times, video views, manual and script downloads, and associated IP addresses. This data is retained for quality assurance and may be used as supporting evidence in the event of any refund requests, chargeback claims, or disputes regarding course access. By enrolling in the Training Program, you consent to this usage monitoring as a condition of access.
RESTRAINT OF TRADE
23. You agree that, for a period of five (5) years from the date of completing the Training Program, you will not create, promote, offer, or deliver any course, workshop, certification program, or training designed to teach others Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy (including hypnosis-based modalities), Relaxation Therapy, or Meditation — whether in-person or online — that is based on, derived from, or substantially similar in content or methodology to the training you received from the Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC.
This restriction is global and applies to both public and private teaching or training activities. It is intended to protect not only our intellectual property and educational materials, but also the clinical safety, therapeutic integrity, and public trust associated with these sensitive modalities.
Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy involve techniques that can directly affect an individual's subconscious processes, emotional regulation, and psychological wellbeing. These approaches must only be taught by those who hold formal qualifications in mental health or hypnotherapy education, and who are acting under proper ethical and legal standards. For this reason, no participant, graduate, or observer of the Training Program may train others in these methods unless explicitly authorised in writing by the Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC.
This clause does not restrict you from offering hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, or relaxation-based services to your own clients as a practitioner, provided you do not present yourself as a trainer, certifier, or educator in these methods.
This restriction is a reasonable protective measure designed to preserve the integrity, reputation, and goodwill of The Hypnotherapy Learning Hub & ConsyncX LLC.
INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
24. You acknowledge that in applying the techniques and methodology that we teach to you in the Training Program when treating your clients, that Clinical Hypnotherapy is not designed or intended to replace any medical treatment that your clients may require. Clinical Hypnotherapy is one mode of therapy that can be offered by you to your clients.
25. You must make your own judgement about the appropriate treatment to be given to a client and we are not liable for any decision or judgement made by you in relation to such treatment. You agree to release us from all liability that might arise in respect of any treatment you provide to your clients.
26. While all care is taken in providing the Training Program, you agree that we are not liable in any way for any use by you of any method, technique or treatment contained within the Training Program. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the service for which the liability arises.
27. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our directors, employees, agents, contractors, representatives or otherwise howsoever, harmless from all loss and damage arising out of your participation in the Training Program or in other activities or events in any way associated with the Training Program.
WARRANTIES
28. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees whatsoever in relation to the Training Program, its contents and materials, or your participation in the Training Program.
29. Without limiting the operation of, or any right or remedy that you might have under, any applicable law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you arising out of our fulfilment or any failure to fulfil any of our obligations as part of the Training Course. We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
30. You acknowledge that we make no promise or representation regarding any income that you may or may not receive as a result of participating in the Training Program, and we make no promise or warranty that you will generate any additional income as a result of completing the Training Program.
JURISDICTION
31. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA.
